How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Phyllis Emerson started this business because she worked in the hospital business office and saw a need for assistance to patient's in getting their insurance company to pay valid medical claims. She has over 40 years in the healthcare field and the Director, Tonya Emerson has over 20 years in the healthcare field.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the Medical Account Receivable Consultants and we are a patient/provider advocate. We work to help our clients and their patients in receiving full benefits and proper reimbursement from the responsible insurance carrier. Our patients are required to pay 100% of their health insurance premium and their health insurance carrier should be responsible to pay 100% of the policy benefits.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
The M.A.R.C., Inc. has 1 location in Fort Myers and we have room for growth in our current office and have no plans to open a second location.

We accept check and credit card payments to be processed via our clients.
