What is your primary product or service?
I am a certified technician for repair on most all models of power wheelchairs, scooters, and patient aids.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I always messed around taken stuff apart. My wife got diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 10 years ago. I got interested in patient assistance devises because with ms its a product that comes in handy. I started in a company that supplies these products and got interested in the technical part of the job. From there I became certified as a technician for almost all the products for patients with disabilities. I then decided to branch off and to help these people who, like me and my family, can't afford to pay outrageous prices for somebody to come to there house to fix there products.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I help everyone in every situation. No matter the price or the reason.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one location. yes, I would like to expand to train people to help all the people out there.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Currently I work out of my home and come to the home of the person in need of my help. This works well due to the fact i don't have all the overhead to deal with and can keep my prices very affordable for those in need
What type of payments do you accept?
We take cash or local checks. Soon we will be taking credit cards to accommodate everyone.

All of Lee and part of Collier county.

Myself, Anthony Gibson
What are your hours of operation?
I mainly work around the peoples needs. meaning days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
