16 years
What is your primary product or service?
Dog boarding and daycare
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
For years I worked at a career outside my home, and one of the hardest things I had to do was to leave my loyal, loving companions - my dogs - at home alone. And when we went on vacations I knew the boarding kennels would care for their physical needs but not the personal attention - the hugging and petting that make them feel loved - that my special dogs deserved.I believed many others felt the same, so more than sixteen years ago I decided to offer "in home" day care and boarding.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer "in home" day care and boarding. The dogs that come to us share our family life just like our own dogs, which means plenty of love and attention and no kennels. Plus they have a large, fenced-in back yard to run and play in with direct access to the house. And we're open 7 days a week.

One location. No plans to expand.

Barbara Segel

Our dogs get so excited when we pull into your driveway. They are eager to come around back and come into the Pampered Pooch yard.
